&lt;p&gt;Interesting video - Beck can’t define his own phrase (either because it will sound racist because it probably is racist, or because he really doesn’t know what it means) but relies on the listener to fill in the definition. Now that I think about it, this rhetorical tool seems standard in ‘outrage’ discourse.
